Natural Wonders Central Coast NSW
The Central Coast of New South Wales is home to five national parks and 19 beaches. Behind the beaches is an abundance of tranquil coastal lakes and waterways, fertile valleys, state forests and rolling green hills of the hinterland.
The Central Coast NSW has a very special Australian natural resource with over 210,000 ha of natural vegetation set aside for conservation as National Parks and other reserves. As the seasons change so do the parks.
Different plants and trees are flowering while different animals and birds are in the area. The parks are a great place for bushwalking and picnicing all year round, and whale watching (at the right time of year).
